What the Top Creators Use (Steal This)

I shared this exact post on Threads earlier.

I shared this exact post on Threads earlier.

Chances are you saw it.
Or maybe you didn’t.

Either way, I had to bring it here.
Because if you want your posts to blow up,
this storytelling formula is the reason top creators win.

It’s simple. But deadly effective.

Hook your reader.
Agitate the problem.
Offer a no-brainer solution.

Sounds basic, right?
Then why do so many posts flop?

Because most people write content.
The best? They tell stories.

Like Justin Welsh.
Hook: “Your 9-to-5 is a trap.”
Agitate: “You trade your time for money, forever stuck.”
Solution: “Learn how I built a one-person, $5M business.”

Or Alex Hormozi.
Hook: “Your business isn’t growing. Here’s why.”
Agitate: “Your offer sucks. Nobody wants it.”
Solution: “Make it so good, people feel stupid saying no.”

Brutal. Simple.
And it works.

Because people don’t buy information.
They buy stories that make them feel something.

Now, steal these storytelling templates:

1. The “Big Myth” Story

Hook: "You don’t need [common belief] to succeed."
Agitate: "Most people believe [misconception] and stay stuck."
Solution: "Here’s what actually works (and why it matters)."

2. The “Struggle & Breakthrough” Story

Hook: "I used to struggle with [pain point]."
Agitate: "It felt impossible because [specific frustration]."
Solution: "Then I discovered [new approach] and everything changed."

3. The “Hard Truth” Story

Hook: "If you’re still doing [bad habit], you’re losing."
Agitate: "I learned the hard way that [lesson]."
Solution: "Here’s what I do differently now."

4. The “Step-by-Step” Story

Hook: "Want to [achieve goal] in [timeframe]?"
Agitate: "Most people overcomplicate it, but here’s the real key."
Solution: "Follow these [#] steps and see results."

5. The “Call-Out” Story

Hook: "[Audience], stop making this mistake."
Agitate: "You’re doing [thing] and it’s costing you [consequence]."
Solution: "Here’s what to do instead."

This is how top creators turn scrollers into fans.
Not by “posting content.”
By telling stories people can’t ignore.

Now go try it.
Then watch what happens.
