The embarrassing story I never planned to share

3 kids under, 1 client, a toilet I’ll never forget.

In partnership with

friend!

This summer, my house felt like a circus.

Three kids under five.
One client call on Zoom.
And silence in the background, which is never a good sign.

I found one twin splashing in the toilet, laughing like it was the best game in the world.
Meanwhile, the other two were jumping off the grilled window onto the bed like it was the Olympics.
And in that moment, I thought:
“How do I clean this up while my client is waiting on me?”

I tried to keep the conversation going, but the noise gave me away.
The client chuckled and said, “Parenting looks a lot like business. You don’t get to pick the timing.”

They were right, friend.

The truth is, nothing is ever perfect.
Not parenting. Not business. Not content.

There will always be noise, interruptions, and chaos.
But the lesson is simple:

People don’t remember perfect.
They remember presence.

It’s the same with your content.
Your audience doesn’t want flawless posts or polished scripts.
They want something real enough to trust.

So here’s my invitation, friend!:

Think about the last time chaos hit you at the wrong moment.
What did it teach you?
And how might sharing that story connect you more deeply with your audience?

Reply and tell me yours.

How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
