Posting every day is not the secret to consistency.

That line will rattle a few cages.

Just a little reminder this morning...friend!

Posting every day is not the secret to consistency.

It sounds counterintuitive, right?
Because for years, that’s what we’re told:

Post daily. Build discipline. Stay visible.
But here’s the truth no one really says out loud…

You can show up daily and still feel invisible.

Still feel scattered.
Still feel like you’re starting from scratch every time you press "post."

I’ve been there.

Back when I was hitting publish 5–7x a week across platforms.
Every post well-crafted. Strategic. On schedule.
But something was missing.

It wasn’t momentum.
It was meaning.

Because I wasn’t repeating my story.
I was chasing content ideas instead of building connection.
Trying to stay fresh…
Instead of staying rooted.

Once I started anchoring to my core story
The real reason behind everything I do
Things shifted.

People started remembering me.
Referring me.
Buying from me.

Not because I was more consistent with my schedule

But because I got consistent with my message.

And maybe that’s what you needed to hear today:

You don’t need to post more.
You need to repeat what’s already true.

Here’s your gentle nudge:
Find the thread in your story that never changes.
Say it again.
Then again.
Then one more time.

Because trust is built in the echo.

📓 What story are you afraid to repeat?

Write it today.
Then find 3 ways to say it again tomorrow.

See ya tomorrow from hot 🥵 Jamaica 🇯🇲

Cheers,

Stephen
