And whew…
that number hit me in my chest last week. 😮💨
Not because of pressure.
Because of honesty.
So let me ask you this…
How many of these have been sitting inside you lately?
Because I felt every single one.
1/ Feeling behind.
You did a lot this year…
but there’s still that quiet voice saying you “should’ve done more.”
It’s heavy.
And you’re tired of pretending it’s not.
2/ Losing direction.
You know you’re meant for more.
You know you have depth.
But the path feels foggy…
like you’re moving, but not moving forward.

Not burnout…

These feelings don’t mean you’re failing.
They mean you’re shifting.
You’re outgrowing an old version of yourself.
And the new one hasn’t fully arrived yet.
That in-between space?
That’s where the real becoming happens.
So here’s your reflection for the week:
Write about the moment you realized something in your life needed to change… even if you weren’t ready.
You don’t have to post it.
You don’t have to polish it.
You just need to name it.
